"First Company Experience"
The first company I contacted informed me they were able to get the data and shared the cost with me prior to starting the job. I had the choice to say yes or no. Seriously, how much fairer can it be?

"Awesome Support, Quite Costly"
Overall, I was really satisfied with the service from DataTech. The turnaround time was quick, the team was super friendly, and they managed to retrieve all my lost files. However, I found the cost to be quite high, especially for a single mom trying to get back my kids' photos. Other than that, I’m really happy.

"Not exactly what I expected."
The main reason I wanted my pictures restored was to have them back on my phone. Instead, I got a thumb drive filled with data files that I can't use on my phone. Honestly, it feels like I wasted $650.

After dealing with the breakdown of a big external hard drive that held more than 150,000 images and related files, I reached out to DataTech for help. They got back to me quickly and acted professionally, keeping me updated on everything. They gave me a cost estimate that I didn’t have to pay until I could see the recovered data. I checked out the fully recovered files in a virtual meeting, and once I was satisfied, I accepted the cost. The data was sent back on new media without delay. I’d definitely suggest DataTech Labs for anyone facing what seems like a lost cause with their data.

"Always a tough spot to find yourself in"
Always a tough spot to find yourself in. A failure with the sole backup option not up-to-date enough to recover lost information.

Wasn't thrilled about the price, but the outcomes are great. It took a bit, but we managed to retrieve everything (as far as I know) and I'm back in action.

"I was worried about losing my valuable files"
I was really concerned I had lost all my cherished pictures on a USB that went haywire, but they managed to recover most of the files from it. While a few of the files had odd marks, the majority turned out just fine. I feel super lucky! I’d definitely suggest this company. Their customer service was top-notch too.

"One of my development computers had a hard drive issue..."
I had a hard drive crash in one of my work computers. It had some virtual machines that I really needed to get back. DataTech jumped in and evaluated the problem fast, telling me what they could do. They managed to recover the VMs just enough so I could access the important files I was after. No unexpected costs or surprises popped up during the whole thing. Great job by DataTech!

"Top-notch Service from Data Tech for Data Recovery"
The team at Data Tech did a fantastic job assisting me. My server went down, and it had 6 hard drives in a raid setup. Brandon managed to recover the data and transferred it to an external hard drive. He took the time to review the data with me before I collected the hard drives and was super helpful when I had questions about finding the data once I returned to my office. I’d totally recommend these folks and would use their services again down the line.

"Flash drive failure"
I owned a flash drive packed with important info, and it crashed. The computer repair shop I usually visit couldn't get the data back, but they pointed me to Data Tech. I was super relieved when Data Tech managed to recover all my files from that flash drive! I really hope I won't need their services again, but it's comforting to know they're around...just in case.
